The client had already engaged their architect to design this fantastic new living space for them.  The architects then got in touch with Living Oak to design, deliver and install the oak frame, which forms the principle structure of the new building. An impressive 31 tonnes of oak were used.

The additional living space was added to create a new kitchen, dining room, master bedroom with en suite, covered walkway and double garage with accommodation over.

As for all our projects, we didn’t just supply this client with a build oak building, it was designed to induce a connection to nature. They told us that the natural materials used, the outlook to the grounds outside and the large amounts of light flooding through the windows, stirs their emotions and provides them will and ongoing sense of well-being.

They knew they were going to love living here before they moved in, they love what we designed and built for them and that gives us the immense satisfaction of a job well done.
